TCPA Consent Language

I agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from Athena Land Buyers at the phone number and email provided, including via automated technology, regarding my property and any offer. I understand that consent is not a condition of any purchase, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and I can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting offers@athenalandbuyers.com. Compliance Rules

The checkbox MUST be unchecked by default. The user must actively click it.
The form cannot be submitted without this box being checked
Every outgoing SMS must include opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”)
Honor STOP requests immediately, within 24 hours maximum
Keep records of when each person opted in (date, time, IP address)

Required First-Text Auto-Reply

After someone opts in, the very first text they receive should be:

“Athena Land Buyers: Thanks for your interest! You opted in to receive messages about your property. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Up to 4 msgs/month. T&Cs at AthenaLandBuyers.com/terms”
